26 Things To Do While Social Distancing
Let’s be honest, the U.S. and the U.K. aren’t doing a great job containing COVID-19. So, self-isolation or self-quarantine is inevitable. To ensure that you aren’t growing stir crazy during this time I’ve created a list of 26 things to do inside:
1. Work. progress during this downtime.
2. Work on a passion project.
3. Schedule a time to facetime with your friends or family.
4. Learn a skill that you’ve put off. Youtube is your friend.
5. People watch
a. If you have a view of the street, see if people are walking around and think about their life or who they are.
6. Read a book
7. Self-study. Look at some spiritual and mental health issues and find solutions to your problems.
8. Buy art supplies to explore your creative time
9. Redo your vision board
10. Find fun workout YouTube videos
11. Clean up or downsize your apartment.
a. Clean out your refrigerator
b. Throw out old makeup
c. Clean your garage
12. Cook a cuisine that you’ve always wanted to try.
13. Learn a tik tok dance
14. Learn new or current technology.
15. Self-reflect
16. Start a gratitude journal and note 3 things you are grateful for
17. Create a realistic budget
18. Review your political leaders’ platforms and if it truly aligns with humanity’s needs.
19. Sing with your family
20. Play with your animal
21. Play Board Games
22. Make up your own game
23. Ask the questions you’ve always wanted to ask (warning could go sour)
24. Review Quarter 1 and see if you are working towards achieving your goals.
25. Sew buttons that you’ve been meaning to sew.
26. Learn phrases from a language you’ve always wanted to learn.
